A. You can reach us directly using the Contact page on our website. We also have a number of social media channels which are linked to in the footer of our website.
Q. What are your shipping prices?
A. For orders within the UK, there is a £3.00 charge for Postage & Packaging.
Q. Do you ship to places outside of the UK?
A. Yep, we definitely do. We ship worldwide and charge £4.50 for Postage & Packaging and £1 for every additional item you purchase from the store.
Q. I’ve received my item and I don’t like it or want something different. Can I return it?
A. We do accept returns that are unworn and unwashed (unless defective). Just send the item back to us, but make sure you let us know the issue beforehand by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll process a full refund or exchange the item for you, depending on your request.
Q. The product I want is sold out ☹ When will it be restocked?
A. If an item sells out in the store, we’ll aim to have it restocked within a month (providing it’s not a ‘Limited Edition’). If you’re after a particular item that appears to be sold out, get in touch and we’ll let you know if/when the item will be back in stock.
Q. What brand of t-shirts do you print on?
A. All of our t-shirts are printed on Continental EarthPositive Unisex tees. You can find out more about the garments here.
Q. What inks do you use for printing?
A. We always aim to use environmentally friendly water-based inks. Our t-shirts have been printed using Permaset Aqua inks.
